How much does shipping cost?
The following standard/ground shipping fees apply
for delivery in the continental United States and Ontario and
Quebec provinces in Canada, only.

Where does free shipping apply? return to top
Kosherline offers free ground shipping only on select
items. Look for the free shipping icon displayed on the product page.
However, any free shipping only applies in the United
States, and Ontario and Quebec, Canada.

Giftstore and Gift Baskets may be delivered anywhere in the world.
Note that you must contact us for shipping rates outside
the continental United States and the provinces of Ontario
and Quebec, Canada.

1. Orders received by 2pm EST are shipped same day, unless
an item is not in stock.
2. Allow 3 - 7 business days for standard ground delivery

Is express shipping

If the product is in stock, express delivery is available for
additional fees. Contact us with the delivery City and zip code and
the product item number, and we will promptly respond with
the amount of the express shipping charges for your order:

2nd day delivery on the product page.
Please note that delivery in the New York metropolitan area
generally does not require express shipping because this is
a local (1-2 day) delivery area for us.
How do I confirm my order?

When you enter your order online, you will receive two
emails:
a. First, shortly after completing your
order online, you will receive an email confirmation of
your order; and
b. Second, when your order ships, you will receive
an email with a tracking number from United Parcel Service
(UPS) or FEDEX together with a link to a tracking Web
site at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com, respectively. You may also log into your account, by clicking on the "My Account" link, to see the delivery status of your order. Contact us, if you need help logging into your account.

Simply send an e-mail to support@kosherline.com
with a description of your complaint, and a request for a
full refund;
2. Upon our determination to provide you a refund,
we will issue you a refund order number;
3. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT A REFUND ORDER
NUMBER, OR YOU MAY LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO A FULL REFUND;
4. You are responsible to ship products back to
Kosherline with adequate insurance, at your cost, to receive a refund of your order;
5. Credit card refunds are issued within 30 days.

1. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift basket is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested items; and
2. There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape; and
3. When substitution is necessary, the utmost care shall be taken to maintain the overall effect of the gift basket that you ordered.

Because of the high cost of maintaining a current and
comprehensive kosher restaurant search, this service is no

1. Our office is open from 10:00am until 8:00pm, EST,
Sunday through Thursday; and from 10:00am until 2 hours
before sundown on Friday and on the day before Jewish
Holidays. We are closed on on the Sabbath and the following Jewish Holidays: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, first 2 days and last 2 days of Sukkot and Passover, and Shavuot; see the Jewish Holiday Calendar on the Occasion home page for dates.

How do you calculate

Sales tax, as noted below, will be added to your total
order charge, excluding shipping charges. If the appropriate sales tax is not automatically
deducted at checkout, Kosherline will manually add the
appropriate sales tax before we process your order.
