Unconditional Guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right!
We do not accept returns of food gifts. For all other gifts, you must return your purchased item(s) within 15 days of the date of sale. Contact Kosherline for the return address. Do not mail your purchase to Kosherline without notifying us of your return.
You are responsible for return shipping charges only, plus insurance to cover loss in transit. Your refund or credit will equal the purchase price, plus tax and delivery charges.

Above rates apply only to continental United States, and Ontario and Quebec provinces in Canada. For additional areas, we will notify you of delivery rates before we process your order. Alaska and Hawaii require 2-day air to ship.
SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIMES: Our official cutoff time for shipping same day for Kosher Gifts and Gift Baskets, and same day (if in stock) for Gifts & Accessories, is 2PM EST. However, we will make every effort to ship out your order later in the day, if we are able to do so.
CANADIAN TAXES AND DUTIES: Prices do not include taxes and duties for Canadian residents. Payment of Canadian taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon receipt of the product.
ADDRESS CORRECTION: We pass along to our customers an address correction surcharge of $5.00 for ground shipping and $10.00 for express shiping, that is assessed by the carrier, e.g., UPS, FEDEX, DHL. |
